Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including P.O. boxes.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all US orders.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after your order ships. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday and the holidays) delivery may take a little longer.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us through our contact page and we'll make it right.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
